My passion is painting, and my joy is to be able to give people back themselves in the form of a painting. The study of music gave me great appreciation for the relationship of form and content, and I have transposed the musical term of composition, rhythm. harmony and colour in my visual work to express the passion I have for life, people and my community.

A beautiful little house on Fraser Street. This home is full of life and the love of music.
One of the many beloved guitars, a Martin D-28, is resting on the steps, while our player goes into the house to get a snack.
The same house: The amazing Music Studio built in the converted garage. Where this owner spent many happy years composing and playing. In this painting, Jerry Garcia drops in for a session. My client was very descriptive about what he wanted to include: the interior and exterior of the studio, his many instruments, collected Grateful Dead objects, like the speakers, and many other cherished objects; the sunset in the west and the starry night in the east. We also included Jerry's Tiger guitar, an astounding work of art.
Shaughnessy Home
A very busy home with two musical children. The owner wanted to include both the front and back of the house, as well as the bridge, waterfall, and their lovely indoor pool. The children can be seen sitting in the pond area, as well as climbing their favourite cedar trees.
